Installing mods is very easy once you have Forge installed. If you have no done that, just follow the instructions here: http://hessminecraft.blogspot.com/p/how-to-install-forge.html.
Download mods that are used on the server at https://www.dropbox.com/sh/y36qf2yzyo2pc36/AAA0NhA0yyQ75RSKj3Jy12Mta?dl=0
Once you have forge installed, all you need to do is open the mods folder. This is located in your minecraft installation directory. To find it, go to:
Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
Mas OSX: /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/minecraft
In this folder, open the folder titled "mods".
Copy the .jar or .zip of the mod you want to install into this directory.
That's all you have to do! Quit and re-launch minecraft, and your mods will be there!
