Additional Buildcraft Pipes

I added a mod called "additionalpipes".  It's not a big change, just added some new types of pipes.  It is in the shared dropbox folder, or you can download it from here (version 4.4.0): https://github.com/tcooc/AdditionalPipesBC/releases/tag/4.4.0

New Server, New Mods

This is my first update for this version of the server.  If I add/change mods after this, I'll make a post so you know you need to install them.
